Milling Technician

Location – Gohana, Haryana Position – Miller Experience Required – 2 to 5 Years Education – Any Graduate (Preferably – B.E./B.Tech in Food Tech) + Certificate course from ISMTKey Responsibilities: - Oversee the day-to-day operation of the flour mill and Chakki units during the assigned shift. - Monitor product quality to ensure compliance with flour specifications and customer requirements. - Manage grain blending operations to optimize flour output and maintain consistency. - Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards as per FSSAI and internal guidelines. - Enforce workplace safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment for all shift employees. - Supervise and coordinate the activities of mill workers to ensure efficient and continuous operations. - Conduct regular inspections and ensure cleanliness and sanitation across the mill area. - Oversee mill clean-out and support fumigation activities. Report and follow up on any equipment needing repair. - Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to troubleshoot operational issues and implement improvements. - Maintain shift logs, production records, and incident reports accurately and timely.
