Work you'll do

As a AM/DM/M in our Analytics team you'll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.

Required skill set:

  • 6 to 12 years of experience in regulatory capital or credit risk reporting, ideally with a non US Bank.
  • Strong knowledge of Basel III, Basel 3.1 / CRR3, and PRA regulatory capital rules, particularly in Credit Risk, SACCR, and Leverage.
  • Experience preparing regulatory templates such as COREP (C07–C34) and familiarity with Pillar 3.
  • Familiarity with Capital Country Reporting processes and requirements is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency with data and reporting tools (Excel, SQL, Axiom, Moodys Risk Auhtority, or equivalent).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across risk, finance, technology, and regulatory teams.

Job Purpose

  • We are seeking a seasoned regulatory professional to join our PRA Capital Reporting team, with dual capabilities in regulatory reporting and business analysis for Basel 3.1 (CRR3) implementation. The ideal candidate will bring 6 to 10 years of experience in Credit Risk, CCR, Leverage Ratio, or Large Exposure reporting, alongside hands-on experience as a Business Analyst driving Basel 3.1-related regulatory change. Exposure to Capital Country Reporting will be considered an added advantage.
  1. Key Job Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, review, and submit PRA regulatory capital reports, including COREP returns, or Leverage Ratio, or Large Exposures, and Pillar 3 disclosures in alignment with CRR/CRR3 and PRA guidelines.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of movements in RWA, CCR, and exposure profiles, providing clear business commentary.
  • Ensure data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and audit-readiness across capital submissions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Risk, Treasury, Finance) for Capital Country Reporting, where applicable, ensuring consistency in jurisdictional submissions.
  • Support regulatory examinations, internal audits, and deliverables to governance forums.
  • Track emerging PRA/CRR updates and ensure alignment with project scope and delivery timelines.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Finance, Risk, Accounting, or Economics.
  • Professional certifications (FRM, CFA, ACA, PRM) preferred.
