Location:                                Navrangpura, Ahmedabad - WFO until training - then Hybrid
Work Time:                           US Business hours (9 working hours between 5:30 PM to 5:30 AM IST as per assigned shift)
Work Day / Hours:               5 days week - 45 hours a week

We are hiring a Customer Support Executive to manage customer queries and complaints through Voice Calls and Emails using different portals. Good verbal and written communication skills are requisite Must Have:
Excellent English communication skills - Both verbal and written
Willingness to work in US shift 
Willingness for long-term association with Peopletree
Initial training of 3-4months will be Compulsory WFO
Responsibilities:
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Communicating with customers through Voice Calls/Email.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Knowing the workflow inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Processing orders, applications, and requests.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Personality Attributes:
Self-motivated worker, that can complete tasks under minimal supervision
Team Player
Should have good logical skills and attention to detail.
