Alongside simple, versatile silhouettes, we explore hand embroidery, color theory, and upcycling, adding depth and meaning to each collection.At Tailor Didi, fashion isn’t defined by size, gender, or trend — it’s about creating things that make people feel confident, complimented, and connected.Role Description – Brand Operations Associate (Fashion, Lifestyle & Product Operations)We’re looking for a Brand Operations Associate to assist directly with the founder and help run the day-to-day operations of our growing studio. It’s a dynamic, all-round role where you’ll move between design planning, production coordination, dispatch, and research — essentially being the founder’s right hand in keeping the brand running smoothly.This role offers hands-on experience across fashion, lifestyle, and product categories, with exposure to both the Indian and export markets.📍 Location: Jaipur 🕒 Type: Full-time, On-siteResponsibilitiesAssist the founder in daily studio operations and brand planningProcess and track customer orders across platformsCoordinate with tailors, artisans, vendors, and suppliersResearch fabrics, silhouettes, colors, and materials for new collectionsOversee packaging and dispatch (domestic & international)Maintain inventory, sampling, and production recordsSupport fittings, styling, and photoshoots when neededKeep communication clear across all teams and partnersQualificationsDegree/Diploma in Fashion, Design, or related fields preferredStrong organizational and multitasking skillsGood communication in English & HindiBasic computer proficiency (Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, Shopify/Etsy preferred)Aesthetic sense and attention to detailCalm, flexible, and proactive attitude in a fast-moving creative setupEagerness to learn and grow with a small, passionate team
