Position: Area Sales manager / Business Development Manager (Individual Contributor)
Location: Vadodra
Area Coverage: Entire Vadodra, upto 80 km radius
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the expansion of the regional network as an individual contributor. Drive franchisee development to support network growth. Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic alliances to meet expansion targets. Thoroughly understand company offerings, competitors, and client needs to drive sales. Research target markets, identify potential leads, and pursue opportunities. Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and growth objectives. Prepare proposals and contracts with a focus on maximizing profitability. Identify, negotiate, and finalize agreements for establishing Dialysis centers in Class A & B Hospitals. Onboard and collaborate with Nephrologists for service delivery. Work closely with the marketing team and actively participate in industry conferences. Engage with government bodies to support project execution. Foster long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders. Promote PD (Peritoneal Dialysis) and HHD (Home Hemodialysis) within the market. Generate, nurture, and mature leads for CAPD & HHD services. Coordinate events and initiatives to promote CAPD & HHD. Be prepared to travel frequently, with 70% travel required for this role.Job Requirements:
Graduate or Postgraduate with 2-5 years of experience in Healthcare, Pharma, or Consulting. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. In-depth market knowledge with an understanding of P&L management. Proven ability to network and influence key decision-makers. Experience in legal drafting and contract management. Self-motivated, analytical, and able to work independently. Proficient in MS Office applications. Willingness to travel extensively (70% travel involved).Benefits:
