Senior AccountantLocation: VijayawadaJob Type: Full-TimeExperience: 3–7 YearsExpected Compensation: 25-40k per monthAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to lead our day-to-day financial operations and ensure accurate, timely, and compliant accounting practices. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and confident in managing complete books of accounts while supporting management with financial insights.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end accounting operations including AP, AR, ledger posting, and bank reconciliationsPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsHandle all statutory compliances including GST, TDS, PT, and IT filingsOversee cash flow management, budgeting, and forecastingConduct variance analysis and present financial reports to managementCoordinate and support internal and statutory auditsMaintain and improve internal controls and accounting processesManage invoice processing, payment cycles, and vendor/ customer reconciliationsSupervise junior accounting staff and ensure accuracy of all entriesEnsure timely closing of books every monthRequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance3–7 years of practical accounting experienceStrong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory regulationsProficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting softwareExcellent analytical, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesPreferred SkillsExperience with financial planning & analysisExposure to inventory, costing, or manufacturing/trading environmentStrong problem-solving ability and attention to detailWhat We OfferCompetitive salary based on experienceProfessional work environment and growth opportunitiesChance to take ownership of finance operations in a growing organization
