This is not a traditional delivery-only project manager role; instead, it emphasizes strategic coordination, leadership support, real-time responsiveness, and executive communication. The role ensures smooth information flow, stakeholder alignment, and disciplined oversight of AI initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact between UST and leadership for all AI program updates.Provide real-time support during EST business hours, ensuring immediate responsiveness to leadership needs.Coordinate communication and information flow across technical teams, PMO, and stakeholders.Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and escalate issues proactively.Prepare high-quality, executive-ready reports, presentations, and dashboards.Support definition, prioritization, and refinement of AI use cases.Ensure adherence to program governance and maintain consistent documentation standards.Must-Have Skills12+ years of experience in project management, program coordination, or liaison rolesStrong English communication skills (written and verbal)Proven stakeholder management and executive presenceExcellent documentation and reporting skillsProficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Teams)Ability to manage multiple priorities independentlyStrong attention to detail with disciplined follow-throughHigh responsiveness and availability during EST hoursGood-to-Have SkillsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fieldPMP or similar certificationExperience working with global technology organizationsUnderstanding of AI/ML concepts, data pipelines, and enterprise IT environmentsFamiliarity with compliance frameworks such as GxPCompetenciesResponsiveness: Immediately available for leadership inquiries and decision supportCollaboration: Strong ability to work across global, cross-functional teamsStrategic Awareness: Understands program goals and aligns activities accordinglyAttention to Detail: Ensures accuracy and completeness in all reporting
