Position Overview We are looking for an AI Engineer who can deliver automation pipelines, integrate APIs, and work with language models and agentic frameworks to deploy intelligent systems. This role involves working on both internal projects and client environments—translating ideas into production-ready tools that reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency. You’ll be part of a growing, hands-on engineering team focused on creating intelligent, connected workflows—whether through low-code platforms or orchestration of modern AI agents. This role requires client communication which implies that you may have to have occasional availability during US Time Zones. Key Responsibilities 1. Automation & Integration Build and maintain automation workflows using platforms like n8n, Make.Com, Zapier, or KNIME Integrate APIs, SaaS tools, and databases using REST, webhooks, and custom scripts Write logic using Python or JavaScript to enhance workflows where low-code tools fall short Ensure systems are reliable, secure, and well-documented Identify repeatable tasks and build reusable automation components 2. AI Implementation Develop or fine-tune small language models (using OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.) for summarization, enrichment, tagging, etc. Implement LLM-based agentic systems using tools like LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar Integrate AI agents into operational pipelines for decision support, task routing, or cognitive workflows Assist in designing AI-enhanced architectures with our internal and client teams Stay updated with emerging tools and rapidly prototype solutions Qualifications 1. Required 2–4+ years of experience in automation, scripting, or AI solution implementation Hands-on experience with at least one automation platform (e.G., n8n, Make.Com, KNIME, Zapier) Comfortable integrating REST APIs, handling OAuth2, and working with JSON/XML Intermediate to advanced skills in Python or JavaScript Strong communication and technical documentation skills Self-starter with an ability to manage projects end-to-end 2. Preferred Experience with LLMs, prompt design, or AI orchestration (LangChain, RAG, etc.) Familiarity with data transformation (SQL, ETL, pandas, etc.) Use of tools like Postman, Git, Docker, or related dev tooling Exposure to cloud services (Azure, AWS, GCP) for hosting or automation deployment Basic understanding of security, error handling, and performance optimization in automation systems Soft Skills Problem-solver who enjoys building systems end-to-end Comfortable learning new platforms and delivering quickly Communicates clearly with technical and non-technical audiences Open to experimentation and iterative design Organized and detail-oriented What We Offer Diverse projects at the intersection of AI, automation, and real-world operations Freedom to experiment with AI tooling and emerging technologies Collaborative environment and flexible work culture Professional development across IT, cybersecurity, and intelligent systems Exposure to clients across sectors and geographies
