About the RoleWe are looking for an Engineering Manager with strong fintech product experience to lead our engineering function and drive secure, scalable financial technology solutions. You will manage a growing team, collaborate closely with Product, and ensure compliance with industry-grade security and regulatory standards while shipping high-impact features.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach & grow a team of high-performing engineers in a fintech product environmentOwn delivery of secure, compliant product features from ideation to productionWork with Product, Compliance & Security teams to understand regulatory requirements (KYC, AML, PCI-DSS, Data Privacy, etc.)Architect scalable systems for payments, identity, risk scoring, transaction management, etc.Maintain high standards of code quality, observability, automation & documentationDefine sprint goals, track productivity, and remove operational blockersDrive DevSecOps culture, continuous delivery, zero-downtime deploymentsConduct performance evaluations and assist in technical hiring & resource planningEnsure system uptime, reliability & resilience for financial transactionsRequirementsGood communication is must.6+ years total engineering experience, with 3+ years leading teamsStrong background in backend or full-stack development (Java, Node.js, Go, or similar)Hands-on experience with financial data systems, payments, or banking APIsWorking knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure) and CI/CD pipelinesFamiliar with industry compliance frameworks (KYC/AML, ISO 27001, PCI)Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to make data-driven decisions in fast-moving fintech environmentsNice to HaveExperience in microservices, event-driven architectures, distributed systemsExposure to fraud-detection, transaction monitoring or credit risk systemsStartup, rapid scaling experience in fintech
