1. Job Title:
   Piping Engineer

Location:
Kochi / Near to Kochi

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Piping Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a BTech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, along with 2-4 years of experience in the field of piping engineering. Proficiency in pipe stress analysis software such as Caesar II or Autopipe is required, and knowledge of Plant 3D/Cadmatic is preferred. This position is based in Kochi / near to Kochi.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Piping Design and Analysis:

2. Conduct pipe stress analysis for various projects to ensure the integrity and safety of piping systems.

3. Design and layout piping systems in accordance with project specifications and industry standards.

4. Software Proficiency:

5. Utilize pipe stress analysis software, such as Caesar II or Autopipe, to perform calculations and simulations.

6. Familiarity with Plant 3D/Cadmatic for 3D modeling and design is preferred.

7. Code Compliance:

8. Ensure that all piping designs and analyses comply with relevant industry codes, standards, and regulations.

9. Collaboration:

10. Work closely with other engineering disciplines, including mechanical, civil, and structural, to integrate piping systems into overall project plans.

11. Collaborate with project teams to resolve design-related issues and provide technical support.

12. Quality Assurance:

13. Review and verify piping designs and stress analysis results for accuracy and compliance with project requirements.

14. Conduct quality checks on detailed drawings and documentation.

15. Continuous Learning:

16. Stay updated on the latest advancements in piping engineering, stress analysis methodologies, and relevant software tools.

Qualifications:

• BTech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

• 2-4 years of experience in piping engineering, with a focus on pipe stress analysis.

• Proficiency in pipe stress analysis software, such as Caesar II or Autopipe.

• Knowledge of Plant 3D/Cadmatic for 3D modeling (preferred).

• Strong attention to detail and precision in design work.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Knowledge of local and international codes and standards related to piping engineering.

2. Job Title: Draftsman

Location:
Kochi / Near to Kochi

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and versatile Draftsman to join our team at Agno Engineering Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma in Mechanical or Civil Engineering and have 3-4 years of experience in drafting for Architectural or HVAC, preferably in industries such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Marine. Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory. This position is based in Kochi / near to Kochi

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drafting and Design:

2. Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings and models for structural and piping projects using AutoCAD software.

3. Develop accurate and precise technical drawings, layouts, and blueprints based on engineering specifications and calculations.

4. Collaborate with engineers and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into detailed drawings.

5. Industry-Specific Knowledge:

6. Apply knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Marine projects to ensure compliance in drafting work.

7. Familiarity with relevant codes and standards governing in these industries.

8. Project Collaboration:

9. Coordinate with engineers, designers, and other team members to incorporate design changes and updates into drafting documentation.

10. Review and interpret sketches, rough drawings, and specifications to create accurate and comprehensive technical drawings.

11. Communicate effectively to address design-related issues and make necessary adjustments.

12. Quality Assurance:

13. Conduct quality checks on drafts to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project requirements.

14. Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve discrepancies or issues identified during the drafting process.

15. Documentation and Record-Keeping:

16. Maintain organized records of all drafts, revisions, and design changes.

17. Prepare and update documentation such as bill of materials and assembly instructions as needed.

18. Prepare and maintain a complete set of accurate drawings and documentation for construction, fabrication, and procurement purposes.

19. Create material lists and support the procurement process with detailed information.

20. Software Proficiency:

21. Proficient in using AutoCAD for 2D and 3D drafting and modelling.

22. Familiarity with other drafting software and tools is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.

• 3-4 years of experience in drafting for Architectural or HVAC projects in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Marine industries.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD for 2D and 3D drafting.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting work.

• Knowledge of industry-specific codes and standards.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Hours

• 9 AM to 6 PM (including lunch break) from Monday to Saturday
