What will you do for Sectona

1.        Content Strategy and Lifecycle Management

·       Build and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with and supports the organisation's goals

·       Develop, maintain, and manage detailed content calendars

·       Lead the entire content lifecycle from requirement mapping to development, and QC to final delivery.

·       Ensure alignment of all content with org guidelines and objectives

·       Anticipate/ Predict content needs, plan proactively and organize resources to meet deadlines

2.       Team Leadership, Mentorship

·       Lead, manage, and mentor a team of writers, curators, graphics designers (and video creators), to produce high-quality, org and industry-specific, impactful content

·       Foster a process-oriented culture within the team, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained/ exceeded

3.       Quality and Performance Monitoring and Management

·       Define and enforce TATs for all deliverables

·       Define and track metrics related to content quality and performance

·       Create a culture of continuous improvement

This is a role that will oversee all communications, internal and external. You will be expected to work closely with colleagues who handle design, marketing, product and sales.

Requirements

Skills and experience you require

·       8-10 years of experience in content writing and management, overall, with 3-5 years of experience leading and mentoring a team of content writers and editors.

·       We would prefer a Master's in Journalism, Mass Communications, English literature or related disciplines.

·       Advanced certifications in content and process management will be a plus.

·       Above all though, a proven ability to handle what needs to be done is what we're looking for

·       We will need you to have a strong command of the English language (UK)

·       Proficiency in writing, editing and proofreading

·       Familiarity with style guides

·       A keen eye for detail

·       Strong process orientation

·       Ability to execute
