We are seeking a seasoned Content Marketing Project Manager to join our team at Pepper Content, a leading global content marketing platform. As a key member of our client success team, you will partner with enterprise clients to develop and execute effective content strategies that drive growth outcomes and foster long-term relationships.

About the Role

As a Content Marketing Project Manager, your primary responsibility will be to create and manage content programs and production for our clients. This involves developing comprehensive content strategies, creating engaging content, and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Your goal will be to deliver high-quality content that inspires and educates our clients' customers, while also driving measurable results.

To achieve this, you will work closely with our clients to understand their business objectives and develop targeted content solutions that align with their goals. You will also collaborate with our internal teams to ensure seamless execution of content projects, from concept to delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Create and execute content strategies that drive growth outcomes for our clients
  • Develop and manage content calendars that align with client objectives
  • Generate impactful ideas and craft comprehensive briefs for content pieces
  • Manage and assign work to freelancers and in-house writers, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content
  • Report on the results of content delivered against strategy for each month
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 8-9+ years of experience in content marketing for B2B companies in high-growth environments
  • 5+ years of client-facing, account management experience at a B2B marketing agency or within a B2B in-house marketing team
  • Demonstrated experience creating and executing content strategies, tracking performance, and achieving high-impact results
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of content reporting tools and metrics, including GA4, Ahrefs, Clearscope, Google Search Console (GSC), Screaming Frog, and others
  • Understanding of distribution channels for content, including search, social, and email
