- Headquartered in Mumbai with 100,000+ successful installations across industrial, commercial, and residential sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B clients through field sales visits for sales of Water Cooling Solutions / Dispensers.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients by conducting regular on-site meetings.
- Conduct market research and field surveys to identify sales opportunities.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and product demonstrations at client locations.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms as per company policy.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide timely solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align client needs with solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities in CRM systems.
Qualifications & Skills
- 1–3 years of B2B field sales experience in office equipment such as printers, coffee machines, air conditioners, or similar products.
- Proven track record of client acquisition and relationship management.
- Strong English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, travel extensively, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (Tech-savvy)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
