Job Title: Client Acquisition Manager / Business Development/ Marketing Manager

We are seeking an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients through market research, industry trends, and competitor analysis.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs by conducting meetings, and presentations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes in the financial markets.
  • Organize and attend industry events, networking sessions, and forums to enhance visibility and establish connections within the trading community.
  • Provide regular reports on business development activities, including pipeline management and revenue growth.
  • Negotiate and close deals ensuring a smooth transition from lead to client.
  • Set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations on a daily basis.
  • Ensure systematic follow-up with client organizations to take the sales pitch to time-bound closure.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, client acquisition within financial markets.
  • Deep understanding of financial markets and trading.
  • Working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to generate business and client leads for the company.
