Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for formulating and executing integrated marketing strategies, conducting market research, managing brand positioning, overseeing partnership marketing, and enhancing client insights. This role requires a blend of analytical, strategic, and creative skills to develop compelling marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Research & Client Insights
- Conduct in-depth market research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and pricing strategies.
- Identify data-driven insights by analyzing customer buying behavior, motivations, preferences, and market needs.
- Monitor sales data, digital marketing dashboards, and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies.
- Develop and present comprehensive reports on market trends, competitor positioning, and customer behavior.
2. Integrated Marketing & Communications (IMC) Strategy
- Develop and implement an Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Advise on IMC strategies for specific product and service lines.
- Monitor emerging trends and update IMC strategies accordingly.
- Define KPIs to measure the effectiveness of IMC campaigns.
- Forecast and manage marketing budgets and resources efficiently.
3. Brand & Content Strategy Development
- Develop content strategies tailored to specific target audiences.
- Create compelling brand messaging, taglines, and marketing campaign slogans.
- Conduct editorial reviews to ensure consistency in brand language and tone.
- Stay updated on competitor strategies and industry developments to enhance content relevance.
4. Digital & Traditional Marketing Execution
- Oversee media planning, content creation, and advertising strategies across multiple platforms.
- Optimize digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, and social media campaigns.
- Identify potential traditional and digital media channels for enhanced brand reach.
- Track marketing campaign performance and recommend improvements.
5. Partnership & Collaboration Management
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key industry players.
- Negotiate and manage partnerships to drive revenue and brand visibility.
- Resolve conflicts arising from partnerships or contracts.
- Track partner performance and suggest optimization strategies.
6. Product Development & Enhancement
- Collaborate with product and technology teams to ideate and test new or enhanced products.
- Gather feedback from industry partners and market testing for product improvement.
- Organize and analyze feedback from customers and stakeholders to refine product offerings.
7. Team & Performance Management
- Develop and mentor team members through training, coaching, and career development initiatives.
- Drive performance management in accordance with company policies.
- Allocate tasks effectively, ensuring timely execution of marketing initiatives.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
8. User Experience & Customer Engagement
- Analyze user feedback and propose strategies to enhance customer experience.
- Develop customer satisfaction metrics and track customer loyalty trends.
- Optimize interactions between customers and products to improve engagement and retention.
9. Self-Branding & Leadership
- Serve as a role model for marketing professionals.
- Maintain professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrate strong decision-making skills in high-pressure environments.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing management, digital marketing, and brand strategy.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Expertise in IMC, content strategy, and campaign execution.
- Experience in market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, digital analytics, and CRM platforms.
