馃敼 Role Overview You will be responsible for strengthening brand presence, driving referrals, expanding market reach, and contributing directly to business growth in the diagnostics and healthcare ecosystem. 馃敼 Key Responsibilities 1锔忊儯 Business Development & Relationship Management Build and manage strong relationships with Doctors, Community Labs, Hospitals, and Corporate Healthcare Providers Conduct regular field visits, meetings, and follow-ups to ensure sustained engagement Understand clinical and business needs and present tailored diagnostic solutions 2锔忊儯 Strategic Planning & Sales Growth Develop and execute short- and long-term marketing strategies Plan and manage monthly & annual sales budgets to meet targets Identify new catchment areas and high-potential zones for expansion 3锔忊儯 Lead Generation & Negotiation Drive lead generation through field activities and partnerships Negotiate commercial agreements with clinics, labs, and corporate clients 4锔忊儯 Marketing Activities & Campaign Execution Plan and execute promotional campaigns and patient-awareness initiatives Coordinate internal teams for service launches, seasonal offers, and branding activities 5锔忊儯 Market Intelligence & Performance Review Track industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics Analyze sales performance and present actionable insights to management 馃敼 Required Skills & Qualifications 馃帗 Education Graduate or equivalent Certifications in Healthcare / Marketing / Sales are a plus 馃捈 Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare sales, diagnostics marketing, or related fields Confident freshers with strong communication and field orientation may also apply 馃棧 Communication Strong command over English, Hindi, and regional languages 馃 Interpersonal Skills Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities 馃幆 Professional Traits Target-driven, strategic thinker, and comfortable working under pressure 馃敼 What Makes This Role Unique Exposure to advanced diagnostics infrastructure : PET CT, MRI, CT, Molecular Pathology Opportunity to work with a fast-growing healthcare setup serving 5,000+ patients/month and trusted by 100+ doctors Direct collaboration with senior leadership and medical teams
