QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Required SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in recruitment software and tools.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred SkillsExperience in IT recruitment or sales.Knowledge of the IT industry and market trends.
