
Admission Training Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Admission Trainer to join our team and play a crucial role in improving the performance of our sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in training and motivating sales teams in the education or EdTech industry and will be responsible for onboarding, upskilling, and continuously improving the productivity of our sales executives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, design, and deliver effective sales training programs tailored for the education/EdTech sector.
- Conduct onboarding training sessions for new hires, ensuring they understand company offerings, sales processes, CRM usage, and product knowledge.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of individual trainees and provide feedback and coaching to improve performance.
- Train teams on effective communication, negotiation, lead handling, objection handling, and conversion techniques.
- Collaborate with sales managers and HR to identify training needs based on performance data and industry trends.
- Create training materials, modules, and assessment tools as required.
- Conduct refresher training, workshops, and role-playing sessions regularly to sharpen the team's skills.
- Track training effectiveness and maintain training records and reports.
- Keep up with the latest industry trends, market practices, and competitor strategies to update training content.
Travel to various branch locations or training centers as needed to conduct in-person training sessions and workshops.
- Support regional branches or multiple centers in implementing centralized training strategies.
- Conducting call audits for both new and existing joiners, followed by necessary improvement actions.
- Planning and delivering metric-based training programs for non-performers to enhance productivity.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Education, Business, or a related field); MBA is an advantage.
- 3+ years of experience as a Sales Trainer in the Education or EdTech sector.
- Strong understanding of education industry sales cycles and customer personas.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and energize a diverse team of sales executives.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital training tools.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Willingness to travel extensively to different locations as per business needs.
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience in working with B2C/B2B education product sales teams.
- Prior experience in conducting regional or national-level training rollouts.
- Creative thinking and adaptability to evolving learning methods.
