Job Description :

We are looking for a Senior Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Finance modules and have substantial hands-on experience with implementing cloud-based solutions. The consultant will work closely with business teams to provide solutions for financial processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage Oracle Fusion Finance functional implementations, ensuring successful execution of the entire project lifecycle.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, design solutions, and implement Oracle Fusion Finance modules.

- Perform detailed business process analysis and gap analysis, identifying areas for improvement and recommending best practices.

- Oversee configuration and functional testing, working closely with technical teams to deliver a seamless solution.

- Provide training, support, and post-go-live assistance to ensure smooth adoption of the system.

- Manage relationships with key business users, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives.

- Support change management and ensure that all business processes are aligned with Oracle Fusion Finance solutions.

Requirements :

- Minimum of 8-10+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Finance functional roles, with hands-on expertise in the core finance modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Financial Reporting.

- At least 3-4 successful Oracle Fusion cloud implementation projects, preferably in finance-focused roles.

- Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.

- Ability to configure Oracle Fusion Finance solutions to meet business requirements.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of integration with other Oracle Cloud modules and third-party systems is a plus.

- Experience in leading functional teams and guiding them through complex implementation cycles.

- Ability to manage project timelines, scope, and deliverables effectively.

Preferred Skills :

- Oracle Cloud certification in Finance or related areas.

- Experience in other Oracle Cloud applications such as Procurement, Projects, or Supply Chain Management (SCM).

- Exposure to Agile methodologies for project management.

Mode of Work : Remote / Hybrid (flexible based on team and project requirements).
