Job Title: Fusion Functional Consultant – Core HR & Absence Location: Remote Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 6+ Years Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant – Core HR & Absence with 3-4 full lifecycle implementation projects experience. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Core HR and Absence Management, strong experience in BI Publisher (BIP) Reports, Fast Formulas , and the ability to configure and optimize Oracle HCM solutions to meet business needs. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end users to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: 1. Solution Design & Implementation: Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Core HR & Absence Management module implementations, ensuring seamless integration with other HCM modules. Conduct requirement gathering workshops , identify gaps, and provide best-fit solutions aligned with industry best practices. Configure Fusion Core HR, Absence Plans, Entitlements, and Rules to meet client business needs. Provide expertise in absence accruals, eligibility profiles, and absence validation formulas . Work on data migration, validation, and reconciliation for Core HR and Absence data. 2. Reporting & Fast Formulas: Design and develop BI Publisher (BIP) Reports for Core HR and Absence, including custom report development. Write and troubleshoot Fast Formulas for payroll, absence, and benefits calculations. Create and optimize OTBI & HCM Extract reports based on business needs. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 6+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM with expertise in Core HR and Absence Management . Must have worked on at least 3-4 end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementation projects . Technical & Functional Skills: Strong knowledge of Fusion Core HR, Absence Management configurations, and business processes . Proficiency in BI Publisher (BIP) Reports, HCM Extracts, and OTBI reports . Hands-on experience in writing and troubleshooting Fast Formulas for Absence, Payroll, and Benefits. Experience in data migration, HDL (HCM Data Loader), and HSDL (HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader) . Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment . Preferred Qualifications: Oracle Fusion HCM Certification in Core HR and Absence . Experience working in multi-country Oracle HCM implementations . Exposure to Oracle Cloud Payroll is a plus.
