Role includes system administration, payroll troubleshooting, interface development, testing, and end-user support.🔹 Mandatory Skills3–5 yrs experience in Infor Lawson HCM – Payroll (PR)Strong hands-on knowledge of PR (Payroll), HR (Human Resources), PA (Personnel Administration), BN (Benefits)Experience with Lawson S3, LSF/Process Flow, integrations & interfacesExperience with payroll integrations to benefits providers, 401k vendors, banking systems.SQL proficiency + Lawson reporting tools (BIRT/Crystal/BI)2+ yrs payroll processing/support (tax, garnishments, year-end W-2/1095-C)Strong troubleshooting and payroll functional understanding🔹 Required ResponsibilitiesSupport & administer Lawson HCM Payroll, HR, Benefits, T&AResolve Tier 2/3 payroll system issuesBuild/maintain interfaces (time, benefits, banking)Execute testing for upgrades/changesMaintain documentation & support payroll teams🔹 Good to HaveInfor Lawson certificationInfor CloudSuite / Landmark / Infor OSCPP certificationExperience with payroll vendor integrationsInterested candidates can share resume to sandhia@hiresquad.in
