The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities
  • Negotiate and Close deals to meet or exceed sales targets with new and existing clients.
  • Lead and manage a team of business development professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and support. Monitor team performance, providing feedback and implementing strategies to improve productivity and outcomes
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies. Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitive analysis, and customer insights


Qualifications

  • Good command in written and spoken English
  • Min 3-5 years experiences in the relevant industry
  • Management experience is preferred
  • Proven track record of initiating, building, and maintaining clients and closing sales
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and in a result-oriented environment
  • Based in India. Remote work is negotiable
