Technology Leader – Device Infrastructure & Operations Software (C/C++/Java)

We are looking for a senior engineering lead developer with a proven track record of solving complex software challenges in the infrastructure and operations domain, supporting diverse device form factors—including chassis-based systems and multi-device clusters.

What You’ll Do

• Lead & Mentor: Provide hands-on technical leadership, guiding a skilled team to deliver high-quality infrastructure and operations software.
• Architect Solutions: Design and implement robust, scalable modules for zero-touch provisioning, first-time configuration, backup, recovery, and other critical device lifecycle operations.
• Drive Innovation: Champion AI-driven development to optimize productivity and code quality.
• Collaborate & Align: Partner with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure seamless integration with complex system components.
• Raise the Bar: Establish best practices for performance, reliability, testing, and maintainability across the development lifecycle.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 15+ years in software development, with deep expertise in infrastructure and operations. Proven experience in the networking domain, with a strong foundational understanding of computer networking and security concepts.
• System Design: Demonstrated ability to design and deliver scalable, modular, and extensible system topologies for complex device ecosystems.
• Technical Depth: Strong hands-on proficiency in C++ and/or Java, with solid grounding in object-oriented design, distributed systems, and performance optimization.
• Leadership: 4+ years leading and mentoring high-performing teams; ability to inspire, grow, and retain talent.
• Agile Delivery: Familiarity with agile ceremonies and software delivery methods for large on-premises software solutions.
• AI-Driven Development: Working knowledge of AI technologies and a strong interest in leveraging AI to enhance development.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills; a leader who spreads positivity and instills confidence across teams.
