About Klenty
Klenty is a sales engagement platform that helps sales teams execute personalized outreach using
multiple channels like email, calls, LinkedIn, and SMS to book more meetings. Our 5,000-strong
customer base includes greats like Chargebee, Cleartax, Oracle, and Gartner, who automate their
sales outreach processes. As a result, their sales teams spend more time on actual sales.
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic SDR with excellent communication skills to
support our Sales team in top-of-the-funnel lead generation and engagement activities. This is a
great opportunity for someone looking to start their career in tech sales, learn modern sales
techniques, and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
.Responsibilities
- Manage a team of SDRs cold-calling to the US market.
- Review, Coach and Assist SDRs to perform consistently
- Maintain a continuous feedback process to keep a highly productive environment.
- Collaborate with the sales team to brainstorm new outreach strategies
What We're Looking For
- 3-4 years of Business development with experience in leading SDRs in Healthcare .
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to think on your feet and articulate ideas clearly
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-moving sales environment
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- A positive attitude, self-motivation, and team spirit
