Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads via cold calls, referrals, walk‑ins, etc.
  • Understand client’s needs & budget; show properties & conduct site visits.
  • Negotiate & close sales; follow up on documentation & payments.
  • Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Keep updated on market trends, developer projects, pricing in Delhi/Gurgaon.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Any graduate
  • 1‑3 years in real estate / direct sales
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills (English + Hindi)
  • Client‑focused, target oriented, self‑motivated
