The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving revenue targets, managing key client relationships, and driving business growth across Delhi, Mumbai, and Bangalore markets.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive ad sales revenue by identifying, pitching, and closing deals with potential clients and agencies.Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, media buyers, and key decision-makers.Develop customized media solutions aligned with client objectives and campaign requirements.Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to negotiation and final closure.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of campaigns.Track market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to identify new business opportunities.Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management.Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience in media ad sales with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding targets.Strong network and market understanding in Delhi, Mumbai, and Bangalore.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.EducationBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or related field preferred.What We OfferCompetitive compensation and incentives.Opportunity to work with leading media brands.Fast-paced growth environment with strong learning and development support.
