Interior Execution Specialist

The Interior Execution Specialist will oversee the on-site execution of interior projects from planning through handover, ensuring timely and quality delivery that meets design specifications and client expectations.


Key Responsibilities


  • Supervise and coordinate daily site operations for interior fit-outs and renovations
  • Liaise with clients, designers, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution
  • Review and interpret design drawings, providing technical input and quality checks.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle
  • Monitor project timelines, track progress, and address on-site challenges as they arise.
  • Prepare site progress reports and assist in procurement and material management
  • Provide proactive problem-solving to overcome project execution hurdles


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • 1–4 years’ experience in interior project/site execution (residential, commercial, or hospitality projects preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of interior finishes, installation standards, and construction processes
  • Working proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and team coordination skills
