Job Overview

We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to join our team in Indore. This is an entry-level position available for freshers with up to 1 year of work experience. The employment types available for this role include Full-Time, Part-Time, Internship, Contract, and Hybrid. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers by providing timely and accurate responses to their queries.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
  • Problem-solving abilities to identify solutions for customer issues efficiently
  • Empathy towards customers to understand and address their concerns adequately
  • Patience in dealing with difficult situations and maintaining a calm demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
  • Knowledge of product/service offerings to provide accurate information and support
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in responses and customer records
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure during peak times or high-stress situations

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and accurate manner
  • Provide information about products, services, or other inquiries as requested by customers
  • Resolve customer complaints by identifying problems and providing appropriate solutions
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved effectively and efficiently
  • Collaborate with other teams to address complex or escalated customer issues
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry standards to provide excellent service
