Job Overview
We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to join our team in Indore. This is an entry-level position available for freshers with up to 1 year of work experience. The employment types available for this role include Full-Time, Part-Time, Internship, Contract, and Hybrid. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers by providing timely and accurate responses to their queries.

- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members

- Patience in dealing with difficult situations and maintaining a calm demeanor

- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in responses and customer records
- Ability to remain calm under pressure during peak times or high-stress situations
Roles and Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and accurate manner
- Provide information about products, services, or other inquiries as requested by customers
- Resolve customer complaints by identifying problems and providing appropriate solutions
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved effectively and efficiently
- Collaborate with other teams to address complex or escalated customer issues
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry standards to provide excellent service
