Role Overview:
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in content and email marketing to enhance our digital presence, drive lead generation, and boost engagement. In this role, you will develop and manage targeted email campaigns, collaborate on content creation and maintain social media to ensure alignment with business goals.
Top Must-Have Skills (listed in order of preference)
1. Email Marketing Campaigns:
- Strong experience in managing email marketing campaigns using platforms like Dynamics 365 (highly desired), Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar tools.
- Segment email lists and optimize content to increase lead generation, engagement and conversions.
2. Marketing Automation using CRM:
- Experience with Dynamics 365, HubSpot, or Salesforce for managing customer relationships and automating email workflows.
3. Content Strategy, Creation & Distribution:
- Create and distribute content (e.g., blogs, case studies) that supports SEO and email efforts.
- Ensure content aligns with branding and digital strategy.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for content optimization.
4. KPI Definition, Tracking and Utilization:
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to refine digital marketing strategies and promote lead generation.
- Analyze digital marketing data and refine strategies based on metrics.
- Collaborate with teams to support lead generation and recruitment goals.
5. SEO Expertise:
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve rankings and drive traffic.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs for tracking and optimizing SEO performance.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Familiarity with IT & Recruitment Industry
- Strong copywriting skills for persuasive marketing content.
Technical Tools
- Email & CRM Platforms: Dynamics 365, HubSpot, Salesforce
- Content Design: Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign)
- SEO & Analytics: Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email marketing and lead generation.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including email campaigns, content marketing and SEO.
- Proven experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms, particularly Dynamics 365.
