Role Overview:

The Digital Marketing and Creative Specialist will oversee a variety of marketing, performance, SEO, social media, and generative AI functions. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution across digital campaigns, leveraging AI tools and innovative methodologies to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and achieve measurable results. Collaboration across design, development, and content teams will be central to the success of this role.

Key Responsibilities:Digital Marketing Strategy:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email campaigns, and content marketing.
  • Plan and manage paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager to achieve optimal ROI.
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Tableau, and implement improvements based on data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with designers, content creators, and developers to ensure alignment with brand identity and marketing goals.
SEO Optimization:
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Google Search Console.
  • Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies, including link building and optimizing technical SEO elements.
  • Monitor and improve website rankings, domain authority, and organic traffic.
  • Track SEO performance using analytics tools such as Screaming Frog SEO Spider and Yoast SEO.
Content Creation & Strategy:
  • Develop and manage high-quality, engaging content strategies for blogs, websites, social media, and other platforms.
  • Write and optimize SEO-friendly content, ensuring alignment with brand goals and consistency.
  • Experiment with generative AI models like MidJourney, RunwayML, and Stable Diffusion to create innovative visual and multimedia content.
  1. Utilize tools like Grammarly, Hemingway App, SurferSEO, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and WordPress.
Performance Marketing:
  • Manage and optimize paid performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives and landing pages, and optimize conversion funnels for lead generation and sales.
  • Use tools like UTM Tracking, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, and Crazy Egg for monitoring and improving campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to measure and enhance campaign performance.
Social Media Management:
  • Create, implement, and manage social media campaigns to enhance audience engagement and brand visibility.
  • Develop content calendars, engage with audiences, and manage customer interactions on social platforms.
  • Use tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, Google Trends, and Sprout Social to manage and analyze social media performance.
  • Collaborate with influencers and brands for partnerships and growth initiatives.
Generative AI Integration:
  • Utilize AI tools like MidJourney, RunwayML, Stable Diffusion, OpenAI's Sora, and Kline AI for creating multimodal assets (images, animations, videos).
  • Build and manage workflows using Python scripting, API integrations, and MLOps pipelines.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends in LLMs (e.g., NExT-GPT, AudioLDM) and explore their applications for innovative projects.
Educational Background:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, IT, or related fields.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint, SEO, or related tools/platforms are a plus.
