Female Wellness Vertical addresses the full spectrum of female health needs—from early hormonal imbalances like PCOS to transitional stages like Perimenopause and Menopause—through integrated clinical programs, nutraceuticals, and lifestyle interventions.

Role Overview

The Chief Business Officer (CBO) will spearhead business growth, collaborations, brand positioning, and market leadership for Female Wellness Vertical. This role demands a dynamic, well-networked leader with exceptional marketing and relationship-building capabilities, particularly in high-profile collaborations, HNI client engagement, and media/celebrity relations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business & Vertical Expansion

  • Develop and execute a 5-year strategic roadmap for scaling the vertical across India and select global markets.
  • Identify and launch new products, programs, and service lines addressing Female hormonal health.
  • Drive clinic, franchise, and digital platform expansion into Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 markets.

2. Strategic Collaborations & Alliances

  • Partner with market leaders in healthcare, wellness, diagnostics, and technology to enhance reach and credibility.
  • Create co-branded initiatives with top-tier corporates, healthcare institutions, and wellness brands.

3. Celebrity & Brand Ambassador Management

  • Identify, onboard, and manage influencers, celebrities, and public figures aligned with brand values.
  • Ensure strategic use of celebrity endorsements for credibility, visibility, and market penetration.

4. PR & Marketing Leadership

  • Coordinate with the PR team for impactful ATL (Above The Line) and BTL (Below The Line) marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee media coverage, press releases, events, and community outreach to position as a thought leader in female wellness.

5. Client Relations & Brand Experience

  • Handle High Net Worth Individual (HNI) client relationships with discretion, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Ensure luxury wellness service experience at all touchpoints.

6. Financial & Operational Oversight

  • Drive P&L responsibility for the vertical with clear revenue, profitability, and market share targets.
  • Implement operational excellence for cost efficiency and customer satisfaction.

7. Leadership & Culture

  • Build and lead a high-performance marketing, partnerships, and business development team.
  • Foster a premium, customer-first brand culture across all functions.

Requirements

  • Gender: (preferred due to role focus on health and HNI engagement).
  • Education: MBA / PGDM in Marketing, Business Management, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years in marketing/business leadership, preferably in healthcare, luxury wellness, nutraceuticals, or beauty/cosmetics. Agencies, fashion, journalism
  • HNI Client Handling: Proven experience managing high-profile clients.
  • Collaboration Skills: Established network with brands, celebrities, influencers, and market leaders.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Presentation: Highly polished, confident, and camera-friendly.
  • Work Schedule: 6 days (Monday–Saturday), 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
  • Location: Mumbai, with flexibility to travel as needed.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Revenue growth & profitability for the vertical.
  • Number of strategic partnerships and collaborations closed annually.
  • Brand visibility metrics (media mentions, social engagement, event participation).
  • Successful celebrity/influencer campaigns executed.
  • Client satisfaction & retention scores, especially among HNI clientele.
