Job Title: QA Test Manager
Experiences: 10+ yrs
Job Location: Bangalore.
Mode of Work: Hybrid/WFO
Work Timings/Shift:1:30 PM - 10:30 PM
The (QA) Test Manager will use their software testing background and excellent analytical skills to assist in the development and improvement of suite of manual and automated tests.
Work closely with Software Developers, QA Testers, and Product Owners to define our testing suite and refine our testing methodologies. Work with QA contractors, Lead Developers, Release Managers, and the Director of Software Development to test our product offerings. Work with Operations teams to maintain our QA environments and enhance our CI/CD pipeline. Participate in requirement gathering and design sessions. Develop test plans, testing resource requirements, and scheduling of testing activity. Designs, monitors, and analyses metrics program reporting for quality improvement initiatives. Experience in Automation Framework Design, development and testing in a CI/CD environment. Familiar with Automation tools like Selenium. Identify opportunities to adopt innovative testing technologies and techniques.Mandatory Skills
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or another technical discipline, or equivalent work experience highly preferred 10+ years of experience in Technology, with an emphasis on QA, and proven ability to write test cases, run functional, automated, or performance tests, and manage defects highly preferred. Experience with defining and driving QA strategy and processes across multiple applications. Solid experience in test-driven development, unit testing, functional testing, system integration testing, regression testing, GUI testing, web service testing, and browser compatibility testing, Continuous Deployment, and Continuous Integration technologiesDesired Skills:
Development experience in Java, JavaScript or Python is preferred but not required. Nice to have Performance Testing and Security Testing experience.Education & Certifications:
