Key Responsibility Area

Multi-Country Payroll Management: Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for India, APAC, and EMEA, emphasizing Full and Final Settlement (FNP) procedures. Ensure accurate and timely execution of payroll, including data validation, calculations, and disbursement.

Full and Final Settlements (FNF): Manage and administer FNP processes for employees exiting the organization across multiple regions. Ensure adherence to legal and company policies while executing FNP.

Compliance and Regulations: Stay updated with local payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements in each region. Ensure payroll operations, especially FNP, align with statutory and legal requirements in all relevant countries. System

Management and Integration: Collaborate with the HRIS team to manage payroll systems, implement changes, and ensure seamless integration, especially concerning FNP. Conduct regular audits and system checks to maintain data accuracy and integrity for FNP processes.

Vendor Management: Liaise with payroll service providers, vendors, and external agencies for smooth FNP execution. Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics of payroll vendors related to FNP.

Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyze payroll reports for management review, focusing on FNP-related insights and discrepancies. Provide recommendations for process improvements and cost-efficiency in FNP procedures.

Employee Support and Communication: Address employee inquiries related to payroll, deductions, and FNP processes. Conduct training sessions or create resources to educate employees on FNP and related matters


Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. (Masters degree preferred)
  • 5 years of progressive experience in payroll management with a strong emphasis on FNP across India, APAC, and EMEA.
  • Profound knowledge of FNF procedures, payroll processes, taxation, and compliance across various regions. Expertise in payroll software and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex FNP-related data.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
