Establish and maintain the upkeep of service centers2. Liaison with store manager and sales team for service operations3. Ensure customer satisfaction to avoid escalation of issues4. Motivate and manage team of service center and care center personnel5. Responsible and accountable for service deliverables6. Mentor and counsel engineers whenever necessary7. Control the flow of incoming calls for on-site support of services8. Manage costs/expenses of service and care center within given, guidelines9. Ensure their is adequate amount of manpower to cater to all customer calls10. Providing necessary skills/training to the team members based on, needs and gaps11. Ascertain care center personnel are working in sync to support walk-in customers12. Encourage the team to enhance their performance levels by, identifying gaps and needsSkills and Competencies:1. Familiarity with the territory.2. Knowledge of device repair operations.3. Knowledge of product and market.4. Team management skills5. Problem Solving skills.6. Customer focus.7. Understanding of business training requirements
