Job Overview
We are looking for a GTM Intelligence Analyst to strengthen our lead generation efforts with data-driven insights. This role will focus on analyzing lead generation strategies, tracking performance across different channels, and optimizing outreach efforts. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure a steady pipeline of high-quality leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze Lead Generation Channels: Evaluate the performance of email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, webinars, and content marketing to identify the most effective sources of high-quality leads.
- Monitor and Report on KPIs: Track key metrics such as lead conversion rates, cost per lead, response rates, and lead source ROI, providing actionable insights.
- Optimize Email & LinkedIn Automation: Use data to refine outreach sequences, subject lines, messaging strategies, and response handling to increase engagement.
- Segment and Target Audiences: Develop data-driven segmentation strategies to tailor lead generation efforts to specific customer personas and industries.
- A/B Testing & Experimentation: Run controlled tests on different outreach methods, messaging formats, and cadence timing to optimize conversions.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor positioning, and industry benchmarks to refine GTM strategies.
- Collaboration with Sales & Marketing Teams: Work closely with SDRs and demand generation teams to align lead qualification and targeting strategies.
- Data Management & Reporting: Maintain and analyze reports in Google Sheets, Excel, CRM systems, and BI tools to ensure data accuracy and decision-making clarity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a Tier 1 college in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in GTM analytics, lead generation analysis, sales operations, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) for lead tracking and pipeline analysis.
- Experience with Email Marketing Tools & LinkedIn Automation Tools (e.g., Apollo, Reply.io, Outreach, Expandi, Salesloft).
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for data manipulation and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills to present insights and collaborate across teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, SaaS-driven environment with agility and adaptability.
Bonus Skills (Nice-to-Have)
- Experience with SQL or BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI) for advanced analytics.
- Knowledge of B2B SaaS lead generation strategies and sales funnel dynamics.
- Familiarity with cold outreach best practices and lead scoring models.
