THE OPPORTUNITY

We seek an enthusiastic and motivated Senior Data Engineer to drive data-driven solutions, optimize data pipelines, and contribute to data architecture and analytics initiatives. If you have a strong technical foundation, a passion for data engineering, and excellent problem-solving skills, we would love to have you on our team.

Job Role & Responsibilities 

  • Lead the design, development, and optimization of data architecture and pipelines.
  • Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of data systems.
  • Guide and mentor junior engineers, providing technical leadership.
  • Develop and implement advanced data models, data processing frameworks, and solutions for real-time analytics.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, data scientists, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into technical data solutions.
  • Drive data governance and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in data engineering and analytics.


Skills Requirement
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in Data Engineering or related fields.
  • Expertise in Python, Java, or Scala, with proficiency in SQL.
  • In-depth knowledge of big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and data storage solutions.
  • Strong background in data modeling, ETL processes, and real-time data processing.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to mentor and guide junior engineers.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
