We pride ourselves in being a 'flat' hierarchy and very collaborative in our approach.Job Title: Academic CoordinatorBase Location: MysuruTerritory: Mysuru & Surrounding areasJob DescriptionProviding training in curriculum implementationConducting center visits for operational supportConducting regular Academic audits for the centersOrientation programs for parents and teachersEnsuring high standards of quality at the centersRegular Mentoring of all centers in and around the territory assignedEnsuring regular teacher and CLO trainings for the assigned centersTo maintain centers as per LMEPL normsDesired SkillsExcellent command over EnglishShould be familiar with the preschool industryPreschool Franchising knowledge, an added advantageThe candidate should be comfortable with travelling for 15 days in a monthWell versed with early childhood curriculum
