Job Summary:

Rashmi Pharma Pvt Ltd is looking for a qualified Project & Validation Engineer with a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background to manage the execution and validation of key systems at our pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Karakapatla. The role involves supervising building commissioning, equipment installation, coordinating project execution, and handling qualification/validation activities in compliance with GMP and regulatory norms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee execution and commissioning of mechanical systems including: (i) Process equipment 

(ii) Utility systems (iii) HVAC systems 

  • Execute IQ/OQ/PQ protocols for equipment and systems as per validation plan
  • Review engineering layouts, utility drawings, and equipment documentation
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, consultants, and internal departments
  • Ensure compliance with cGMP and Revised Schedule M standards
  • Support preventive and breakdown maintenance planning during and after execution
  • Maintain all validation records, calibration logs, and documentation for audits/inspections

Qualifications:

  • Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • 3–8 years of experience in pharmaceutical project execution and equipment validation
  • Working knowledge of process equipment, utilities, HVAC, and cleanroom setups
  • Experience with commissioning, IQ/OQ/PQ, and GMP documentation
  • Awareness of safety, environmental, and maintenance requirements
  • Good coordination, troubleshooting, and communication skills
