Urgent Hiring || Engineer - Inside Sales || DelhiJob Title: Engineer - Inside SalesExperince : Min 2-3 yearsCTC : upto 6 LPA (Depend on the interview)Location: Delhi (Laxmi Nagar) Duties & ResponsibilitiesReceive inbound customer sales inquiries and provide quotations, product / service information, support and pricing details in response to inbound enquiries, promoting the features and benefits of the company’s products / servicesReceive, manage or escalate customer complaints related to the sale of the company's products / servicesMaintain sales statistics and records of sales performanceProvide administrative support for the production of RFQs and other sales related documentsIdentify sales leads and escalate them to external sales staffMaintain client databasesFollow up of Submitted quotations and convert them into OrderSkillsExcellent organizational and administrative skillsExcellent communication skills and a growing sales focusSound product/service knowledgeExcellent Knowledge of MS ExcelQualifications & Experience2-3 years’ Experience in Control and Instrumentation Industry is preferred.Strong sales engineering and technical support skills.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.Prior experience in industrial/manufacturing sales preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.Familiarity with tender portals (eProcurement, GEM, Ariba, etc.) will be an advantage.
