A fantastic opportunity for a passionate and ambitious Social Media Specialist to join a fast-growing London-based B2B Language Services & B2B SaaS Product start-up. We are looking for a knowledgeable, confident, smart candidate with fresh, creative ideas and an excellent eye for detail. Candidate should be able to work with multi-disciplinary agile teams and be able to make informed decisions in SM strategies.

Develop social media content plans that are consistent with the company's brand identity & needs (for our services and product).

Curate relevant content for all our SM channels.

Plan, create, publish and share new content (including original text, images, and videos) daily that builds meaningful customer connections, increases brand awareness and encourages community members to engage with the brand.

Managing a good volume of daily social media posts - including interacting with the right audience and researching good content to post

Develop and manage social influencer programs and attend social influencer events.

Manage video content for social media.

Use analytics to monitor and evaluate the company's social media presence and performance and accordingly make necessary changes to SM strategy.

Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly reports on social media marketing efforts.

Create a Social Media Strategy that contributes to the overall Marketing efforts.

Stay up to date with emerging trends and best practices (social media trends and industry information and trends) very actively.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field

Creative copywriting background is a must.

Preferably two years of social media experience, including planning and managing content in a start-up or agency setting - Previous experience with a B2B SaaS Company gets you extra brownie points.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and people skills

Excellency in Short-form writing | Copywriting | Creative writing

Should be skilled in working in a team environment, as the role requires coordination with multiple team members

Thorough understanding of social media management, strategy, & planning

Experience with social media analytics and the ability to take action based on available data.

Time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks

Ability to work in an agile and fast-paced environment

Should be self-motivated, a self-starter and willing to go above and beyond to achieve the desired results.

Applicants should send strong portfolios, and those portfolios should portray their skills effectively. We are looking for sharp candidates who can help us up our game.

Mandatory Portfolio Requirements:

- Copywriting samples are a must. At least 5 career samples - more the better

- Case studies of their best campaigns done by the candidates themselves or if done as part of the team, then applicants should clearly mention what was their role with below mentioned details:

Introduction to the project/campaign 

Explanation of the brief/strategy

How the campaign was executed 

Campaign results and learnings (if they can't show numbers, applicants can write it in their own words)

Add screenshots of the posts/activities they did for the campaign/project.

In cases candidates have to share the links, applicants should not be sending direct links to their previous companies' social accounts. Instead, select your best posts (4-7) and send those links to us for each of their previous experiences.
