We empower students from Grades 6 to 12+ through innovative, results-driven learning experiences.Role: Academic Counsellor (Inside Sales) As an Inside Sales Executive for the India market, you will play a key role in driving revenue by connecting with prospective customers, understanding their educational needs, and recommending the right learning programs from Infinity Learn.Key Responsibilities• Lead Generation & Sales Reach out to potential customers across India through outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings to convert leads into enrollments.• Consultative Selling Understand the academic goals of students and parents and offer personalized product recommendations.• Revenue Growth Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through strong pipeline management.• Customer Relationship Management Build trust-based relationships with students and parents to improve satisfaction, retention, and referrals.• Negotiation & Closing Handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close sales confidently.Desired Skills & CompetenciesStrong sales aptitude with a target-oriented approachExcellent communication and persuasion skillsPrior telesales/inside sales experience preferredFamiliarity with CRM toolsSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyQualificationsMinimum 1 year of sales experience (EdTech or subscription-based services preferred)Experience with K-12 or test-prep customers is a plusBachelor’s degree in any fieldFresher's also eligibleWorking ConditionsShift: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM (IST)Workdays: 6-day week (Monday fixed off)Requirements: Personal laptopWhy Join Us?Join a dynamic, fast-paced team redefining education for students across India.
