Job Title: Audit Executive – Senior Executive

Department: Internal Audit

Location: Delhi

Reports to: Audit Manager

Job Purpose:

To support the internal audit team in conducting financial, operational, and compliance audits across Café Coffee Day outlets and corporate functions, ensuring adherence to company policies, processes, and regulatory requirements.

  • Key Responsibilities:Assist in conducting internal audits of outlets, regional offices, warehouses, and corporate functions.
  • Verify stock, cash, and sales transactions against records to ensure accuracy.
  • Check compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and statutory requirements.
  • Support in identifying process gaps, control weaknesses, and areas of improvement.
  • Assist in preparing audit reports and documentation with findings and recommendations.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on audit observations and corrective actions.
  • Work closely with store managers, regional teams, and finance to ensure smooth audit operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of audit-related information.
  • Skills & Competencies Required:Strong analytical and numerical ability.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to travel frequently to different outlets/locations.
  • Qualification:B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance/Accounts) or equivalent.
  • Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in audit/accounting.
