Lead Assessor- Social Audit

Minimum Requirement:

  • Degree in a major of Law, HR, Occupational Health and Safety or Environment / an advanced degree is preferred
  • Customer service orientation and results orientated, strong business acumen
  • Ability to operate in a multi-cultural environment with persons of varying socio-economic status
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in social compliance & CTPAT auditing is preferred with at least 200 social compliance audit days (verifiable)
  • APSCA Certified Social Compliance Auditor (CSCA) is preferred
  • SA8000 Auditor Certification, RBA, BSCI Certification, Higg or equivalent is a plus
  • Possess knowledge of International and local labor standards and human rights issues are preferred
  • Frequent travel in domestic and occasional travel to overseas as required.
