Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive Project Assistant with 2–3 years of relevant experience to join our Mumbai team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to support multiple ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment aligned with UK working hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the project team in day-to-day coordination and administration of cybersecurity and IT infrastructure projects
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and recording minutes
  • Maintain project documentation, trackers, and status reports
  • Follow up on action items with team members and stakeholders
  • Help prepare client presentations, reports, and project-related materials
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth workflows

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–3 years of experience in a Project Assistant, Project Support, or similar role
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills – client-facing role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic project tracking tools (Trello, Asana, MS Project, or similar)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Mumbai-based candidates only – role requires in-person collaboration

Nice to Have

  • Experience in IT or Cybersecurity projects
  • Basic knowledge of project management methodologies
