1) Execute retail operations in Stores and ensure adherence to all Standard Operating procedures of Company.2) Lead, mentor and motivate team of associates to deliver reliable services to customers and/or other colleagues in the organization.

4) Manage and execute product promotion.
5) Exceed sales and customer satisfaction objectives.
6) Manage Dump and Shrink in the store.
