Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior 3D Generalist located in Noida. The Senior 3D Generalist will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D models, animations, textures, rigging characters and objects, setting up lighting, and ensuring rendered scenes meet production standards. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with other team members to bring creative concepts to life, optimizing 3D assets, and contributing to various stages of the production pipeline.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop 3D models, environments, props, and characters using Blender and other tools
  • Apply textures, lighting setups, and rigging for realistic and stylized outputs
  • Contribute to animation and rendering workflows across different projects
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to meet creative and technical goals
  • Troubleshoot and optimize 3D assets for performance across various platforms
  • Stay updated on trends and best practices in 3D design and development


Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 year of professional experience as a 3D Generalist or similar role
  • Proficient in 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, rigging, and animation
  • Strong experience with Blender; knowledge of other 3D tools is a plus
  • Familiarity with Unreal Engine and Unity is highly desirable
  • Ability to adapt between realistic and stylized art styles
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and creative thinking
  • Effective team collaboration and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Game Design, or a related field


Work Location

  • This is a full-time, on-site role. Candidates must be available to work from our office.
