This includes overseeing processes, ensuring cross-departmental coordination, and managing key systems to optimize efficiency and productivity. This role requires strategic problem-solving skills, data-driven decision-making, and a results-oriented mindset to deliver outstanding outcomes.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in operational management and will work closely with senior leadership to enhance organizational performance.Key Skills- Strategic operational management- Data-driven decision-making- Stakeholder coordination and conflict resolution- Process optimization and efficiency improvement- Exceptional communication and collaboration skillsEducation and Experience- Bachelor's/Master's from a reputed institution in India or abroad.- 7+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in education or a related field.- Proven track record in leadership roles with process-driven outcomes.Key Responsibilities:1. Operational Oversight- Develop and implement systems to monitor and improve operational KPIs.- Publish detailed reports on key metrics to provide transparency and foster accountability.- Identify and address operational bottlenecks, ensuring proactive resolution of challenges.2. Cross-Functional Coordination- Maintain organization-wide calendars to align with major timelines and deliverables.- Collaborate with department heads to ensure seamless coordination and communication between teams.3. Stakeholder and Team Management- Oversee processes for onboarding new clients/customers and assigning appropriate resources.- Facilitate fair and efficient resolution of conflicts across stakeholders.- Design and implement effective onboarding plans for internal team members.4. Process and System Development- Optimize existing processes to improve efficiency and productivity across operations.- Build and evolve systems that streamline workflows and support team performance.5. External Partnerships- Develop and manage relationships with external advisors, consultants, and key partners.- Identify opportunities for partnerships to add value to the organization and its stakeholders.6.
