About SlewMasterSlewMaster Inc. is a global supplier of high-quality, cost-efficient rotary solutions — including precision-engineered slew rings, drives, and rotary systems used across construction, renewable energy, and heavy machinery industries.With advanced CNC machining and assembly capabilities, and a strong focus on engineering excellence and quality control, we deliver customized rotary solutions that power machines around the world.About the RoleWe’re looking for a Production Planning & Control (PPC) professional to plan, schedule, and oversee CNC machining and assembly operations at our Chennai plant.You’ll ensure efficient utilization of machines, manpower, and materials — driving on-time delivery, reducing lead times, and maintaining operational excellence.Title and responsibilities will be aligned with experience (Executive or Manager level).What You’ll DoPlan and schedule daily, weekly, and monthly production for CNC and assembly lines.Assign jobs based on capacity, cycle time, and tooling availability.Balance workloads across machining and assembly to prevent bottlenecks.Coordinate with design, production, and quality teams to ensure readiness of CNC programs, fixtures, and setups.Ensure timely availability of materials, tools, and consumables.Track WIP, utilization, downtime, and performance; take corrective actions as needed.Generate and analyze MIS reports for management.Implement Lean, Kaizen, and 5S practices to improve efficiency and reduce lead time.What We’re Looking ForDiploma or Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering.5–10 years’ experience in Production Planning & Control (CNC machining and assembly focus).Hands-on experience with CNC operations (turning, milling, VMC, HMC, etc.).Strong understanding of process flow, cycle times, and capacity planning.Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (Odoo experience preferred).Excellent coordination, communication, and analytical skills.Experience in heavy engineering, automotive components, or precision machining preferred.Why Join UsBe part of a global engineering company recognized for quality and innovation.Work in a high-tech manufacturing environment with advanced CNC and assembly systems.Drive tangible impact on productivity, delivery, and operational excellence.Grow your career within a company that values continuous improvement and technical mastery.Apply now to join SlewMaster’s growing operations team and help us power the world’s toughest machines with precision and reliability.
