In this role you will have significant exposure to and engagement with the broader WDTS global business.
Specifically, an individual in this role will:
Assist in the design and implementation of the Project Administration function within WDTS India.Assist with ongoing development and improvement of project governance, management processes, tools and templates.Rollout, update, train and support project participants with adoption of project processes.Utilisation of training, project tracking and communications tools per project management process.Assist the Management Team with prioritisation and assignment of work between project teams and with other business teams.Drive regular and effective communications with the Project Team, to Stakeholders and to the broader business about project activities, issues and risks.Assist with adoption of project reporting and collaboration tools.Hands on leadership with project related documentation and communication.Capture and update project activities, milestones and tasks and change management system.Assist with project administration including, Procurement, Coordinating Resources, Budget Maintenance and Travel.Assist the Management Team in ensuring agreed processes are followed.Assist the business with other documents, projects and tasks as relevant to skillset.
Requirements:
Resourceful – demonstrated problem management capabilityTertiary education in a business or technical disciplineOutstanding communication and presentation skills4+ years Project Management/Administration experienceProcess improvement skillsStakeholder management skills
