Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage operations related to debt raising from Banks and NBFCs. The role involves end-to-end support in documentation, compliance, covenant tracking, and lender coordination, ensuring smooth execution of borrowing transactions. The candidate should possess strong financial acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively liaise with multiple stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage documentation and compliance for all borrowings from Banks and NBFCs.
  • Coordinate and liaise with lenders for queries, approvals, and information requirements.
  • Track and monitor financial covenants and ensure timely reporting to lenders.
  • Prepare, review, and present financial and business data as required by lenders and management.
  • Handle end-to-end backend operations related to debt facilities, including renewals, limit monitoring, and drawdowns.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of records, agreements, and compliance registers.
  • Support management in strategic decision-making by providing insights on debt facilities and obligations.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • CA/MBA
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in debt operations, banking, or NBFC interactions.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and business numbers.
  • Excellent knowledge of loan documentation, compliance, and covenant monitoring.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills to deal with banks, NBFCs, and internal teams.
